Our Mission
Carmichael Community Bible Church exists to help broken, hurting people know and love God, find connection and freedom, discover their purpose, and make a difference in the world for God’s glory!
We do this in four primary ways:
- We help people know and love God primarily through our weekend worship experience.
- We help people find connection and freedom by being part of a small group.
- We help people discover their purpose through what we call CLASS ( our Growth Track.)
- We help people make a difference by serving our community and our world together.
Our Purpose
As a church we seek to live out God’s five primary purposes for our lives expressed in the Great Commandment and the Great Commission of Jesus: evangelism, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and worship.
Our Values
1. Trusting the Promises of God– Jesus and His Word rules supreme! This forms the foundation for all we believe and do. His the Head of the church (Col.1:18)
2. Making Bold Faith Moves – We start small. but think big; trusting God to do the impossible. Luke 1:46
3. Having a Kingdom Mentality- We are driven by purpose, not by programs, personalities, buildings, or budgets. We are driven by a Kingdom agenda.
4. Displaying Visible Love – We believe growing means changing.. We are a broken people discovering healing together. We display love to one another in the Body of Christ as a testimony to the world that we are His disciples.
5. Pursuing Uncommon Unity – Life is not meant to be lived in isolation. Everyone belongs, regardless of color, clothes, class, shape . personality or age. We also partner with others in ministry to advance the Kingdom around the world.
6. Being Service Focused – We discover our God-given gifts and grow from consumers to contributors. We give and serve others in the footsteps of our Lord.
7. Pursuing Excellence – Everything we do represents Jesus, so we seek to give him our best in our personal lives and in ministry as a church.
